The Nike Zoom Fly 6 is a high-performance men’s road
racing shoe designed for fast training sessions and race day. This
model combines responsive cushioning with a carbon fiber plate to deliver a

of the shoe is the ZoomX foam midsole, Nike’s lightest and
most responsive cushioning material. Compared to the previous version, the Zoom
Fly 6 uses an even lighter ZoomX foam that improves responsiveness and overall
efficiency. This technology creates a springy and energetic running sensation
that supports faster running speeds. The shoe also features a
full-length carbon fiber Flyplate. This plate enhances
propulsion and improves running efficiency by guiding the foot through a smooth
and powerful transition. It helps reduce energy loss and supports a faster
stride during races and tempo runs. The upper combines breathable mesh
with synthetic overlays, providing both structure and ventilation. A
thin rubber outsole ensures reliable traction on paved
surfaces while keeping the overall weight of the shoe low.
