Shipping is handled by DHL and GLS. Please note that express delivery is currently not available for either carrier.
In-stock items are usually shipped by the next business day. For out-of-stock items, the delivery time is shown below the size selection:
Please note that we always ship orders as a whole. If one or more items are out of stock, the order will be shipped once all items are available.
Delivery charges
Germany4,95 € | Free delivery with DHL from 50 € purchase value
4,95 € | Free delivery with GLS from 50 € purchase value
Deliveries to pick-up stations within Germany are possible with both DHL and GLS.
DHL Packstation: You will need your personal Postnummer (customer number) for this service.
GLS Parcel Locker: No customer number is required. Instead, you will receive a digital pick-up code via email as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after your return has been booked. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Return
Returns within Germany are free of charge for unused items within 30 days. You can generate your return label in our Returnsportal.
Please note: For logistical reasons, your return must be handled by the same carrier that delivered your order (DHL to DHL or GLS to GLS).
If the return results in the total falling below the minimum order value for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This also applies in the event of a full return of the complete order.
