The ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 4 M is the latest high-performance running shoe from adidas, developed for runners who want to achieve their best times over long distances. Weighing just 200 grams, it offers an ideal combination of lightness and stability.
The carbon reinforced ENERGYRODS 2.0 provide a seamless and responsive rolling motion from heel to toe, maximizing running efficiency. Two layers of ultra-lightweight LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foam in the midsole provide excellent cushioning and energy return to reduce fatigue and maintain energy throughout the distance. A repositioned rocker point improves running economy and promotes a natural forward motion.
The Lightlock upper is made of lightweight, one-way stretch mesh and, in combination with internal closure straps, offers a secure and comfortable fit, even at high speeds. The Lighttraxion outsole with Continental™ rubber provides optimal grip and reduces weight without compromising traction for non-slip transitions during the push-off.
