The PUMA evoSPEED Sprint NITRO 2 is a high-performance shoe that has been specially developed for sprint distances between 60 and 200 meters. It is aimed at ambitious athletes who want to attack their personal best time. Thanks to a combination of state-of-the-art technology, ultra-lightweight design and precisely coordinated materials, this spike offers everything you need to achieve explosive starts and maximum speed.
At the heart of the construction is the PWRPLATE, a spoon-shaped carbon fiber plate that enables exceptional energy return and high torsional stiffness. In combination with a curved, tapered last that supports the natural sprinting movement, the shoe ensures optimum propulsion during the push-off. The full-length NITROFOAM Elite midsole made from Pebax material also provides responsive cushioning in an extremely lightweight package - ideal for maximum efficiency in every step.
A full-surface PEBAX spike plate with eight permanently integrated spikes provides the necessary traction on the track. This aggressive arrangement ensures a secure grip, even on wet MONDO-like track surfaces, and supports powerful acceleration. The upper is made from PUMA's innovative ULTRAWEAVE Elite, which is reinforced with carbon fiber yarns. It offers lightweight, breathable support and ensures a stable fit even under maximum load.
The concept is rounded off by the eye-catching Fireflow color design and the characteristic PUMA branding, which gives the shoe a striking look in addition to its top functional performance. The evoSPEED Sprint NITRO 2 is therefore the perfect choice for sprinters who don't want to compromise - neither in terms of technology nor style.
