The heart of the Flash 3 is the combination of Mizuno ENERZY Lite+ and Mizuno ENERZY in the midsole - for a noticeable blend of lightness, cushioning and rebound. The integrated fiberglass-reinforced Wave Plate provides stability and a powerful impact without disturbing the natural running feel, while
the rocker geometry promotes a fast roll-off and the new upper made of recycled mesh is breathable and hugs the foot comfortably - ideal for intensive units.
