The upper is redesigned and the engine underneath is optimized and ready for those who see speed as an opportunity for more miles and seemingly unattainable heights. Speed for every kilometer Nike ZoomX, our most durable foam, just got a little better. Rolling from heel to toe, it provides even more energy return than before and reduces weight with a convex shape on the inside of the foot for a more stable ride. The full-length carbon fiber plate provides a stiff, propulsive feel. Airy design Specially selected Flyknit yarns in the forefoot give the Vaporfly a new level of performance.

Plenty of breathability in the toe box and soft, supportive yarns provide our most customized upper ever for the Vaporfly. The result is a softer, cooler design that molds to your foot. Sleek and stable The updated, thin rubber on the outsole is designed to use less material without compromising durability. The result is a lighter weight and thinner outsole. The result is extra millimeters of ZoomX foam underfoot and a smoother roll when running.

The lightweight padding on the tongue reduces pressure from laces on the back of the foot. The lacing is complemented by the lightweight side support. This eliminates the need for an arch strap. This reduces the weight. Flex grooves on the sole improve traction on different surfaces in various weather conditions. The offset heel seam reduces friction in the heel area. The wider toe area provides a roomier fit. Integrated foam stud on the heel for additional cushioning.
