The power formula of this damping is as simple as it is effective: more in, more out! In other words, the Hytrel® foam that Newtonium X is made of absorbs more of your impact energy and then releases more of it back to you. The lugs (elongated studs) in the front midfoot area make the force that acts on this area during the impact phase available to you again as energy for your push-off phase. - New Newtonium X cushioning: The cushioning developed for the new 2022 Newton models corresponds perfectly with the P.O.P.1 system.
